Comprehensive System Improvements & Support Features
This major update introduces new functionalities for support ticket management, enhances material order document handling, and refines dynamic content display across the application.
- Material Order Copy Update: The copy related to product and unit information on material orders has been updated.
- Article Dynamic Link Update: Dynamic links within articles now automatically default to the custom link of the current subscriber.
- Material Order Document Enhancements: Updates have been included to allow showing/hiding the product code column and to append the service name when saving the material order document.
- Centralized Support Ticket Management: Support ticket management has been implemented within the CRPro admin interface. Administrators can now view and manage all support tickets across all subscribers, while individual subscribers can only access and respond to their own tickets. A “Support” link has been added to the CRPro admin navigation for easy access.
- Elevation Changes to Production: All requested changes related to elevations have been pushed to production.
