    Enhanced Contract & Service Pay Documents

    This release focuses on streamlining the user experience for sending contracts and improving the dynamic display of service pay documents.

    • Contract Sending Logic Refined: The “Email” button on contracts has been changed to “Send Approval Request” for non-approved contracts, with a separate button for sending regular contracts. The request approval modal now defaults to pre-filling the customer selected on the job. These updates have been deployed to UAT and approved for production.
    • Dynamic Service Pay Document Sections: The logic for dynamically hiding or showing sections on the service pay document based on their total dollar value has been finalized. Sections with no dollar value will now be hidden by default, improving upon previous static visibility controls. This update has also been deployed to UAT and approved for production.

    Estimate Management & Product Option Improvements

    This update delivers key fixes for managing estimates and product configurations, along with clarifying a service category issue.

    • Add/Duplicate Estimates for Sales Reps: Resolved an issue that prevented Sales Representatives from adding or duplicating estimates. This functionality is now live.
    • Product Option Type Display: Fixed an issue where product option types were not displaying correctly, specifically affecting options marked as “required.” This fix is now live in production.
    • Windows Service Category “Disappearance”: Clarified that the “disappearance” of the Windows service category was due to a manual renaming by the Client to “Vinyl Windows / Patio Doors,” not a system bug. Audit trails confirmed this user action.

    System Stability & Login Access

    This release focuses on addressing critical system errors and ensuring proper login access for all users.

    • Estimate Export Error (500): Resolved an issue where exporting estimates resulted in a 500 error, regardless of selection limitations.
    • Front-End Website Login Access: The forbidden page error when attempting to log in via https://contractorrush.com/login/ has been resolved, allowing users to correctly enter their subdomain, username, and password to log in.

    Customer & System Workflow Improvements

    This release introduces significant usability improvements for customer selection and system stability.

    • Certified Contractors Service Visibility: Certified Contractors are now seeing only services assigned to them.
    • Production Packet Issue Resolved: Confirmed resolution of a previous production packet issue.
    • Multiple Image Upload (User Error Clarified): The issue with multiple image uploads was identified as user error, implying the system functionality is working as intended and user training is required.
    • “Select Existing Customer” Button Renamed: On existing jobs, the “Select Existing Customer” button has been changed to “Change Customer” to eliminate confusion. The original button name remains for new job creation.
    • “Select Existing Customer” Modal Live Search: This modal is now a Live Search.
    • Alphabetical Customer Order: Customers in the “Select Existing Customer” modal are now listed in alphabetical (ascending) order by last name.
    • Customer Billing Address Modal Scrolling: The Customer Billing Address modal now scrolls correctly.
    • Estimation Modal Save Prompt: The estimation modal window now prompts users to save changes upon closing, preventing accidental data loss.
    • Optimized Backup Storage: Server backups are now stored for 7 days instead of 30 days, with a cron job added to check disk space and prevent server overload.
    • QR Code for Renovate Right: A QR code for the “Renovate Right” document has been added.
    • Remove “Enter Qty” Field for Window Products: The “Enter Qty” field has been removed from window products, as requested by the Client, to simplify input and prevent accidental labor loss.

    This update brings key enhancements to contract approval tracking, material order efficiency, and the handling of imported product data.

    • Contract Approval History: A “View Approval History” option is now available on the top right of the contract page, allowing users to see when a customer has approved the contract through the contract approval email.
    • Material Order Quantity Fields: Changes made to the quantity fields on material orders are now saving correctly.
    • SRS Product Import Accuracy: Products imported from SRS are now accurately assigned to sub-categories and adhere to defined service category relationships. Only products with pricing are imported, and these products can be successfully added to both estimates and clusters.
    • Product Quantity Display on Completion Certificate: An ON/OFF toggle has been added to control whether product quantity should show up on the Completion Certificate.

    • Product Category Alignment: Product categories are now aligned based on the provided Excel mapping file, using the SRS product category name to identify and assign the corresponding CR Pro category.
    • Demo Environment Product Updates: Products on the demo environment have been updated to reflect the latest category mapping.
