Improved Documentation & Product Management

This update brings key enhancements to contract approval tracking, material order efficiency, and the handling of imported product data.

  • Contract Approval History: A “View Approval History” option is now available on the top right of the contract page, allowing users to see when a customer has approved the contract through the contract approval email.
  • Material Order Quantity Fields: Changes made to the quantity fields on material orders are now saving correctly.
  • SRS Product Import Accuracy: Products imported from SRS are now accurately assigned to sub-categories and adhere to defined service category relationships. Only products with pricing are imported, and these products can be successfully added to both estimates and clusters.
  • Product Quantity Display on Completion Certificate: An ON/OFF toggle has been added to control whether product quantity should show up on the Completion Certificate.
