Customer & System Workflow Improvements

This release introduces significant usability improvements for customer selection and system stability.

  • Certified Contractors Service Visibility: Certified Contractors are now seeing only services assigned to them.
  • Production Packet Issue Resolved: Confirmed resolution of a previous production packet issue.
  • Multiple Image Upload (User Error Clarified): The issue with multiple image uploads was identified as user error, implying the system functionality is working as intended and user training is required.
  • “Select Existing Customer” Button Renamed: On existing jobs, the “Select Existing Customer” button has been changed to “Change Customer” to eliminate confusion. The original button name remains for new job creation.
  • “Select Existing Customer” Modal Live Search: This modal is now a Live Search.
  • Alphabetical Customer Order: Customers in the “Select Existing Customer” modal are now listed in alphabetical (ascending) order by last name.
  • Customer Billing Address Modal Scrolling: The Customer Billing Address modal now scrolls correctly.
  • Estimation Modal Save Prompt: The estimation modal window now prompts users to save changes upon closing, preventing accidental data loss.
  • Optimized Backup Storage: Server backups are now stored for 7 days instead of 30 days, with a cron job added to check disk space and prevent server overload.
  • QR Code for Renovate Right: A QR code for the “Renovate Right” document has been added.
  • Remove “Enter Qty” Field for Window Products: The “Enter Qty” field has been removed from window products, as requested by the Client, to simplify input and prevent accidental labor loss.
