Enhanced Installer Access & Support Workflow
This release focuses on refining access permissions for certified installers and improving the internal process for handling support tickets.
- Certified Installer Data Visibility: Resolved an issue where certified installers were seeing information they should not have access to.
- Support Ticket Elevation: New functionality has been added allowing a user to “Elevate to CR Admin” from the ticket list’s actions menu. This action notifies the CR Pro admin and makes the support ticket visible in the admin ticket system.

Schedule Board Workflow Optimizations
This update significantly reorganizes the Schedule (Kanban Board) to better reflect job progression statuses and introduces new job states for improved tracking.
Schedule Page Updates:
- The “Opportunity” column has been removed from the Schedule Kanban Board.
- The only visible sections are now: “Job Sold” (if a job’s status is “Sold”), “Crew Assigned” (if a job is “Sold” AND a crew has been assigned to ALL estimates), “Job Started” (if a job’s status is “In Progress,” regardless of crew assignment), and “Job Completed” (if a job’s status is “Complete”).
- A new Job Status, “Collected ($),” has been added.
- An “Archive” button has been added to the bottom of the “Collected” column, which sets the job to “Archived” and removes it from the Schedule.
Card Arrow Button Visibility: The arrow buttons on the schedule cards are now always visible, resolving issues where they were previously grey and disappeared on certain colored cards.

Cost Summary Display Refinements
This release streamlines the Cost Summary view, focusing on presenting relevant financial totals more clearly for customers.
Cost Summary Roll-up Changes:
Net Cost and Honorarium have been removed from the Cost Summary roll-up at the bottom of each service category.
- When a user enables the “Show Products” and “Show Pricing” checkboxes, the accurate mathematical roll-up with all line items will continue to be displayed.
- For the “Customer View” (on page-load or with only “Show Products” checked), the roll-up now displays: “Project Net Cost” (including Net + Honorarium + Tax), “Discount” (if applicable), and “Customer Price”. If there’s no discount, only “Customer Price” is shown. This is approved and in production.

Job & Sales Rep Association Streamlining
This update focuses on simplifying sales representative assignments and enhancing job visibility filters.
Sales Rep Association Suppressed:
The requirement for Sales Rep assignment by Service Category on estimates has been suppressed, resolving numerous issues related to service category checkboxes, disappearing estimates, and display/access/validation logic.
- The ability to independently assign sales reps to specific service categories has been removed, and all related functionality has been eliminated.
- Sales Rep display in the header of service category blocks has been removed (leaving only Installer display).
- The “Assign Sales Rep” functionality has been removed from the “Estimate Actions” menu. These changes are in production.
Job Opportunities Page – Date Filters: The Job Opportunities page now allows filtering jobs by a custom date range, including “Last Updated” (Default), “Date Sold,” and “Date Created”. This is in production.
Job Opportunities Page – Mouse-over Job Notes: Users can now mouse over a job in the list view to see its associated Job Notes field. This is in production.
Product Link Removal from Estimates: The product link has been removed from estimates if the user does not have access to view or edit products. This is in production.
Automatic Location Assignment after Login: A location is now automatically assigned after login to avoid showing an empty location. This is in production.

- Refactor and Edit Capability: Refactoring of the existing Cost Summary page is complete, adding the ability to edit estimate summary information for each service category directly on the page.

- Shareability: The Cost Summary is now easily shareable with the homeowner (Print, Email). This is approved and in production.

Key Improvements for Sales, Products & Data Handling
This release delivers critical fixes to enhance sales operations, product data integrity, and overall data input efficiency.
- Commission Control Document: The ability to change orders on the Commission Control document has been removed. This is approved and in production.
- Material Order Visibility for Zero-Value Products: If a line item has a dollar value or Quantity, it must now appear on the material order. This is approved and in production.
- Material Order Manual Product Additions: Resolved an issue that prevented users from adding products in the manual additions section of the material order due to the “Select Product” dropdown not populating. This is approved and in production.
- Job Notes Field Length: The Job Notes field now supports a significantly longer amount of copy. This is approved and in production.

This release provides significant UI updates to the dashboard’s first-run experience and the product editing page.
- Dashboard First-run Screens Updates: User Interface (UI) updates have been applied specifically to the first-run panel on the dashboard. These updates align with the desired functionality and button actions.
- Product Page UI Update: The Product Page UI has been updated to include refined “Service Subcategory Block” and “Unit of Measure Block” functionalities. The visibility of text blocks now depends on whether corresponding fields are set.

Field Sheet Management & Core System Fixes
This release updates how field sheets are assigned and addresses critical UI and data persistence issues within the application.
- Field Sheet Assignments to Service Categories: This task has been completed, improving the process for associating field sheets. This includes renaming “Field Sheet Template” to “Associate Field Sheet” in pull-down menus within settings and seeding assignments for new subscribers.
- Edit Button in Gray Box: The edit button in the gray box has been fixed, allowing users to edit equations directly. These equations are now stored on the selected Unit record, rather than the subcategory record.
- Service Categories Field Renamed: The “Default Product Service(s)” field has been renamed to “Associated Service Categories” for clarity.
- Unit Selection Clarity: When selecting a Unit, the system now reveals more than just the unit name, potentially including takeoff parameters, to reduce confusion during product addition/editing.
- Contract Deposit Display: It was confirmed that the deposit disappearing upon printing a contract was due to the Client not saving before printing/downloading, indicating user error rather than a system bug.

This update addresses critical calculation and display issues within the Cost Summary and Contract views.
- Calculation Disparities Resolved: Discrepancies in calculations have been resolved, ensuring accurate totals.
- “NaN” Display Removed: The “NaN” (Not a Number) display on Job -> Estimate Tabs when no estimation value is present has been eliminated.
- Cost Summary Discount Display: Discounted totals are accurately reflected in the Cost Summary, which now displays a dedicated Discount line-item when “Show Products,” “Show Quantity Column,” and “Show Pricing Column” checkboxes are enabled. This is completed and approved.
