Enhanced Installer Access & Support Workflow

This release focuses on refining access permissions for certified installers and improving the internal process for handling support tickets.

  • Certified Installer Data Visibility: Resolved an issue where certified installers were seeing information they should not have access to.
  • Support Ticket Elevation: New functionality has been added allowing a user to “Elevate to CR Admin” from the ticket list’s actions menu. This action notifies the CR Pro admin and makes the support ticket visible in the admin ticket system.
